1 head lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 cup water chestnuts, thinly sliced
1/4 cup onions, thinly sliced
1 pkg frozen peas
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
3 Tbsp Romano and Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle layer of lettuce with celery, onion, chestnuts and peas. Continue layering into serving bowl. Cover with mayonnaise. Sprinkle sugar, Romano and Parmesan cheese over lettuce. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 24 hours. Garnish with hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, and crumbled bacon.
