Pumpkin Bread Recipe

3 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. flour
2/3 c. water
1 c. salad oil
1 t. baking powder
2 scant t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. cloves
1 t. ginger
3 t. cinnamon
2 t. nutmeg
1 t. allspice

Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin - stir until well combined; add water, oil and mix well; add all other ingredients except flour and mix well; add flour gradually and mix well after each addition.
Bake in greased 2 1/2 lb loaf pans or 1 lb loaf pans or as cupcakes. 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes to bake. Test doneness with toothpick in center until pick comes out clean.
