4 c. tart cooking apples
1/4 c. white sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick melted butter (1/4 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples into an oiled 9 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Mix brown sugar, flour and butter. Spread this crumbled mixture over apples. Bake at 375, 30 - 35 minutes. Test doneness of apples with a fork. It may take longer time.
