1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, diced small
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 lb Ritz crackers - crunched

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli by directions - drain and salt; stir in cheese; pour into buttered baking dish; melt and mix butter with the crunched crackers; pour over; bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes - until well heated through.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
SECRETS: This is fast; be sure to dice cheese small enough so that it will melt when you put the hot cooked broccoli in with cheese; poke holes into the broccoli mixture when you pour the crackers over the broccoli so that some go down into the casserole.
