1/2 - 1 c. water
baby carrots
cubed potatoes
pork roast or beef roast
salt
pepper
garlic powder
basil flakes
A1 sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/2 to 1 cup of water in bottom of crock pot; add a layer of baby carrots to cover bottom of pot; add a layer of cubed potatoes; put roast on top of layers - salt and pepper both sides of roast; sprinkle with garlic powder; sprinkle with basil flakes; douse with A1 sauce; cook on low for 8 hrs.

SECRET: if you want to "zip up" the taste a bit, use Red Hot Pepper sauce in place of A1 sauce.
