1 3 or 4 lb rack of ribs
2 tbsp of chili powder
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into individual pieces, tear away membrane on back of ribs, mix ingredients together
(double ingredients for each additional rack of ribs)
put ribs into large baking pan, pour rub over ribs
with your hands mix ribs and rub till all ribs are completely coated
Preheat oven to 275
add inch of water to pan, cook ribs for approximant 2 hours, turning ribs from bottom to top every 15 minutes
remove ribs and let as much water as possible drain off.
put ribs in separate baking pan 13x9 or where you can keep ribs side to side
turn oven up to 400 degrees, add KC masterpiece to ribs, completely covering all ribs
turn ribs every 6 minutes, adding barbecue sauce as needed. cook like this for 20 minutes or until you like the tenderness or barbecue sauce is crispy on ribs as some like
then get the paper towels and enjoy!
