3 cucumbers 3 tblsp vinegar, plus 3/4 tsp vinegar 1/2 tsp sugar pepper to taste 3/4 cup sour cream
Peel and chunk cucumbers, removing the seeds before slicing. Pour 3 tblsp vinegar on cucumbers, refrigerate for one hour. Drain vinegar. Wash with cold water, squeeze out and dry on paper towels. Mix 3/4 tsp vinegar, sugar, pepper and sour cream. Add cucumbers. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy.
