1 - 16 oz. jar salsa verde
3 c. cooked, diced chicken (can use a rotisserie chicken from grocery store)
2 - 15 oz. cans cannellini beans, drained
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
4 green onions, white and green, chopped
2-3 (10.5 oz.) cans chicken broth

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Top each bowl with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkling of tortilla chips.
