1 cup milk 1 Tbsp flour 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 tsp paprika 1/2 cup shredded cheddar 1 pkg frozen broccoli 3/4 cup Ritz crackers (crushed)
Combine and cook first five ingredients until smooth. Cook broccoli in lightly salted water until tender. Drain. Arrange in pan and pour cheese sauce over broccoli. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle melted butter over the crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
