2 1/2 cups flour (I use whole wheat)
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
4 eggs, well beaten
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla

Blend ingredients together in a bowl. Cook in a medium-low skillet, 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
