8 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp baking powder 1 Tbsp salt 2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 cups instant dry milk 2 1/4 cup Crisco
Sift dry ingredients. Blend well. Cut in shortening until evenly distributed. (It will resemble corn meal). Put in large air-tight container. Lable and store in cool, dry place. Use within 10 to 12 weeks.
