1 chicken
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/3 c butter
1 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp marjoram

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into serving pieces. Put oil and butter in 9 x 12 pan and melt. Mix remaining ingredients together. Put mixture into bag, add chicken pieces a few at a time and shake until all are coated. Put chicken in pan, skin side down. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Turn and bake additional 10 minutes.
