1/2 C. oil 1 C. sugar
1 egg 1 C milk
Sift & add,
2 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C Hershey Cocoa
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix first 4 ingredients, then sift & add dry ingredients. Drop by heaping tsps onto foil lined cookie sheets. 4 minute's. Cool-
Cream filling- In a small saucepan cook 1/2 C. milk & 3 tbls flour until thick like paste, stirring constantly. Let cool. In bowl mix 4 tbls butter, 1/2 C. Crisco (shortening)- until soft. Add 1 1/2 C. Confectioners Sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, dash salt. Add the cooked flour mixture and beat like whipped cream. Sandwich two pies with filling.
