Ingredients:  
1 Whole Chicken - cut-up
1 c. Self Rising Flour
1 c. Cooking Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Pour oil into the roasting pan - heat oil for about 10 minutes
2. Combine Flour, salt, pepper, & garlic
3. Roll chicken in mixture
4. Place chicken in hot oil.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn chicken over. Bake for another 30 minutes
