2 red bell peppers, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
garlic clove, chopped
2 teaspoons oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds sweet or hot Italian sausages

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 6 ingredients in 13x9 inch glass baking dish. Pour oil over and stir to coat. Brown sausages in large nonstick skillet, turning often, about 8 minutes. Arrange on pepper mixture. Bake until sausages are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes.
