1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 beaten egg
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
3 T. Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground meat, egg, bread crumbs, milk, Heinz 57 Sauce, salt & pepper. Shape into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Allow meat loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
