4 c. cooked rice
4 slices diced bacon
1 carrot diced
1 onion diced
2 green onions diced
1/2 c small green peas
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. sugar
2 T soy sauce
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry diced bacon in a large skillet or wok until almost crisp. Add carrots, cook for a short time. Add onion and continue frying until bacon is crisp. Push vegetables and bacon aside and fry egg until solid. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add rice and fry until hot, add green peas and green onions. Add soy sauce and cook another minute or two.
