1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk (large can)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine & stir all ingredients until smooth. Put in an unbaked pie shell. Bake in 450 oven for 15 mins.; lower oven temperature to 350 & continue baking approximately 35 mins. or until custard is firm.
