Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 dashes tabasco
1 cup flour
pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and cheese. Add flour and tabasco. Form into logs and refrigerate 4 hours. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place on greased cookie sheets. Top with a pecan half. Bake at 350
for 10 minutes. Store in airtight container or freeze in a freezer bag.
