2 medium potatoes, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 head broccoli flowerets
3 cups water
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3 T. flour
1 can condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables in water until tender. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Shake milk & flour together. Add to boiling mixture, stirring until thickened. Add salt & pepper to taste.
