5 medium yellow squash, sliced
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. lemon extract
1 T. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
Dash of salt
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash in a small amount of boiling water until tender, drain well & mash. Combine butter, sugar, lemon extract, flour, eggs & salt. Add squash, stirring well. Spoon squash mixture into pie shell. Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins or until firm.
