4 Chicken Breasts cooked and torn into pieces, 1 sliced Red Onion, 8 small Yukon gold Potatoes cooked and cubed, 1 1/2 cup Artichoke hearts, drained, 1/2 head of iceberg Lettuce, 2/3 cups Mayonnaise, 2 tsp. Curry powder

Mix dressing of Mayonnaise and curry. Set aside. Put rest of ingredients except the lettuce in a nice salad bowl. toss with dressing. Serve over the chopped lettuce
