2 2/3 cups Flour, 2 tsp. Salt, 1 cup Shortening, 6 T. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender, until it is a coarse meal. Sprinkle with ice water and pat mixture into a ball. Halve dough and shape each half into a ball. Wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
