Ingredients:  
10 lb. Russet Potatoes, 1 1/3 cup evaporated Milk, 4 T. Sugar, 2 cubes Butter, 4 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook salted potatoes. Put through a ricer. Add milk, butter and sugar, chill 20 minutes. Add flour and roll into 2 inch balls. Roll out on well floured surface. Cook on lefsa maker till done. Serve with butter and cinnamon & sugar.
