6 eggs, separated 1 c. sugar 1 pt. cream 1 pt. milk
Beat separately yolksand whites. Add 1/2 cup sugar to yolks while beating. Add 1/2 cup sugar to whites after beating very stiff. Mix egg whites and yolks together, stir in the milk and cream. Add a shot of whiskey or rum to each glass if desired. Serve very cold and sprinkle with nutmeg.
