1/4 lb. Bacon, 1 lb. fresh spinach torn, 1 unpeeled Red Apple coarsely chopped, 1/4 cup Olive Oil, 3 T. Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1 T. prepared Mustard, Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
To make dressing, combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and mustard in a jar and shake well. Add salt and pepper to taste. For Salad, fry bacon until crisp. Cool. In a salad bowl, combine spinach, apple and onions. Crumble bacon over the top. Toss with dressing just before serving.
