1-1/2 c. Pumpkin
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/4 tsp. Cloves
1-2/3 c. Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into pastry shell unbaked. Bake in hot oven at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes one pie.
