3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon (or more)
1 tsp soda
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup nuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup coconut
1 cup pineapple

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 large bread loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
