2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cornstarchd
1/2 c. Water

3 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
6 Tbsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first three ingredients on low heat, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. Beat egg whites unil they form peaks. Add salt and vanilla. Add 6 T. sugar. Continue beating, then add cooled cornstarch mixture. Beat until smooth. Pile on top of pie filling.

Bake: 350 F. Time: 7-9 Minutes
