1 c. Butter, softened
1/2 c. Confectioner's Sugar, sifted
1 tsp. Vanilla
2-1/4 c. Flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4c. Pecans. finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Sift together and stir in the flour and salt. Mix in the chopped nuts. Chill dough. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 2-1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 until set, but not brown (10-12 minutes). While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool. Roll in confectioners sugar again.
