6 cups diced rhubarb
4 cups sugar
Drops of water
1 large package of Strawberry or Raspberry Jell-O.

Directions:
Directions:
Place rhubarb and sugar in large sauce pan, sprinkle with water. Let stand for a half an hour.

Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. When tender, add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.

Pour into jelly glasses - cool, cover & refrigerate several hours before using.

Store in the cupboard while it's being used, if you keep it in the refrigerator it is too firm to spread easily.
