6 large potatoes
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. half & half
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1 bunch green onions, chopped, tops included

Directions:
Directions:
Boil, cool and grate potatoes. Combine all ingredients into lightly buttered casserole.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, covered.
Uncover and bake 10 min. more.
