1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup quick oats
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup tomato juice

GLAZE:
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meatloaf ingredients thoroughly and form into loaf. Add topping. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
