1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned, reserving broth
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Return deboned chicken back into the broth; bring to a boil.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Blend the eggs, milk, and oil to make a soft dough. Drop by spoonfuls into the boiling chicken and broth; cover with a tight fitting lid and let boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
