2 Eggs beaten, 2 T. Parsley, 1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce, 1 T. dry Mustard, 2 T. Mayonnaise, 2 cups fresh Crab, 1/2 cup soda Cracker Crumbs, flour, 4 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except flour and butter. Shape into small patties about 3 inch in diameter. Pat it into flour on both sides. Saute in melted butter in fry pan. Cook on both side about 4 minutes.
