4 cooking apples
1 c. brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter, melted

Peel and slice apples into buttered 7 X 11 inch baking dish.

Mix in sugar and cinnamon to taste. Mix oats, flour, baking powder, soda and melted butter until crumbly.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until apples are done.

Serve warm. Great with ice cream on top.
