1 pkg. angel food cake
1 can of strawberry pie filling or strawberry glaze
2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding (white chocolate pudding is good too)
2 1/2 cups milk
16 oz. low fat sour cream
Strawberries or mixed berries
Cool Whip (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Make the angel food cake in two loaf pans and cut into 4 slices lengthwise.

Combine the following for custard: instant pudding, milk and sour cream.

Layer 1/2 of angel food cake in bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Top with glaze (can mix some berries in with glaze also).

Layer of remaining angel food cake, then layer of custard, berries and Cool Whip.
