1 pkg. Spaghetti Noodles, 2-14 oz. cans Diced Tomatoes, 1 small can Tomato Paste, 1 Onions chopped, 4 cloves chopped Garlic, 1/2 lb. sweet Italian Sausage, 1/2 lb. ground Turkey, 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup mushrooms chopped, 2 T. Olive Oil, 1 1/2 tsp. Basil, Salt, Pepper

Brown turkey and Italian sausage in olive oil, drain, add onions and garlic, cook until tender, about 7 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Add canned tomatoes and Basil. Season with Salt and Pepper. Cook on med. low for about 15 minutes. While the sauce is cooking put on a pot of water to boil, add the pasta, I break them in half so their easier to eat.Cook until al dente. Add to pasta sauce, add the tomato paste. If too thick add a little water.Gated Parmesan Cheese over top and serve.
