Red potatoes
Green onions, finely chopped
Hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
Celery, finely chopped
Miracle Whip
Sugar
Sweet mustard
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, skin on the night before (can be left unrefrigerated).

Peel potatoes and dice. Add finely chopped green onion and celery.

Combine Miracle Whip, sugar and mustard and mix well. Add chopped eggs, and salt and pepper. Stir this into potato mixture.

I use a lot of eggs and onions but several stalks of celery is enough. I also use a lot of sugar. I wish I could be more precise but it is by taste. I love potato salad and this is better than most.
