1 bag frozen Petite Peas, 1 small can sliced Water Chestnuts, 1 cup Cashews, 1 cup chopped Celery,1 1/2 cups cooked chopped Bacon, 1 bunch Green Onions chopped, 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Sour Cream, Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Thaw peas in bag and drain, or run them under water and drain in a colander. Add bacon, celery, onions and water chestnuts. Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for an hour. Just before serving stir in the cashews. Serve.
