1 lb. Hamburger, 1 whole Onion, 1/2 cup Celery, 2 Carrots, 3 cloves Garlic, 4 cups Beef Broth, 3 potatoes. 1 14-oz. can small chili beans

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions, celery and garlic small and add to beef broth in large soup pot. Roll hamburger into small balls, about the size of a teaspoon, drop into broth. While cooking on medium heat chop carrots and potatoes into small pieces and add to soup. Cook 15 minutes until vegetables and meat are done. Stir in beans. Serve.
