3 T. Butter, 1 cup chopped Onion, 1 Clove Garlic chopped, 2-14 oz. Cans Chicken Broth, 1 head of Cauliflower, cut into small pieces, 3 cups Whipping or half and half, Green Onions for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add cauliflower, broth and water and cook for about 15 minutes, until cauliflower is cooked. Turn down to low and stir in the cream. Garnish with green onions
