1 lb. Ground Beef, 1 chopped Onion, 4 Cloves chopped Garlic, 2-14 oz. cans dark Kidney Beans, 2 tsp. Sugar, 3 T. Flour, 1/4 cup Chili Powder, 2-28oz. cans diced Tomatoes, 1 tsp. Cumin, 1/2 tsp. Oregano, 1 seeded jalapeno chopped small, Sour Cream, Frito Corn Chips

Brown ground beef in large pot, drain off fat, add onions and grlic, cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add in chili powder, sugar, flour, cumin, oregano and kidney beans. Stir well and add the tomatoes and jalapeno. Cook for about 20 minutes,

I sometimes use a small can of diced green chillies instead of the jalpeno. I garnish with sour cream and crushed fritos on top.
