2 c flour
1 c butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
4 eggs
4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Melt butter in a 9 x 13" pan.
To make crust: In a bowl mix 2 cups of the flour, and powdered sugar. Sift mixture into the pan and smooth. Bake 15 minutes. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Add lemon juice to the egg mixture. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour and the baking powder over the mixture and mix until well blended. Pour the lemon mixture into the crust.
Bake for another 35 minutes, until filling is set. Let cool before cutting.
