2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. butter, melted
3 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
chopped nuts or raisins, if desired

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all together; chill. Form into walnut sized balls; roll in powdered sugar and press to 1/4 inch thickness with a glass. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
