Mix all of ingredients together except the cranberries and the nuts, when all incorporated add the cranberries and the nuts. Spray cookie sheet with pam spray. Take a 1/2 cup measure and fill with dough, drop onto cookie sheet. I usually tap on the top to smash it down a little. Bake at 350

Personal Notes:
I sometime add 1 cup chocolate chips to this. Or instead of the berries grate 2 T. orange peel and add. You can also roll this dough out and cut into pie shapes and bake, but I like to just drop them onto the cookie sheet.
