1 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. sifted flour Blend cheese and butter together; stir in the flour. Make 24 balls and place in ungreased muffin tins, and shape with hole in the center. Filling: 1 egg 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 TB. soft butter pinch of salt 2/3 c. pecans
Place about 1 tsp. filling in each cup. Bake @ 325º for 25 minutes.
