1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 T. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking soda, 6 T. oil, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 T. vinegar, 1 cup cold water

Mix all togetherjust until all smooth.Pour into a 9 X 13 pan that has been sprayed with pam cooking spray. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.

You don't need frosting for this cake. It is really good without it. It's more like a cross between a brownie and a cake. I sometimes add walnuts to it.
