2 - 3 pounds poke 1 tablespoon vinegar oil green onions salt pepper 3 eggs
Boil poke with water and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Drain and rinse; add poke and green onions to oil in skillet. Cook; drain well. Add salt, pepper, and beaten eggs. Stir well. Cook again until eggs are done.
