2 TLB Butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 8 oz noodles, cooked & drained
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups cubed spam or ham

Directions:
Directions:
In 1 quart saucepan melt butter, add onion & green pepper & saute. Remove from heat. Stir in mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix with noodles, ham and cheese and put in 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 min.
